About the Residency: Our program offers truly diverse training given the affiliation with multiple sites, offering different perspectives, techniques and styles of practice. I think this exposure helps prepare residents for any avenue they chose to pursue.

About Buffalo: Truly underrated. Great sense of community and friendly people. The cost of living is affordable. And the change of seasons is key. There's as much sun in the summer as there is snow in the winter.

Editor's Note: Dr. DeFazio has won the faculty teaching award two years in a row. He is an experienced clinician who has worked in both community and academic settings. He brings these experiences to his practice and teaching.
