The University at Buffalo Emergency Medicine Residency offers a tremendous variety of experiences in different hospital settings, now including a rural hospital experience.  Also cutting edge experiences in ultrasound and telemedicine.                    

About Buffalo:
True 4 seasons living, good people, and cost-effective living.  Big time sports with the Buffalo Bills and Sabres.  The UB Basketball team is not bad either.  Lots of great golf courses and pleasant summers to enjoy them to the fullest.
