About the Residency:
The degree to which we seek and incorporate resident input in program design and administration is a matter of great pride for us.  The 'family' aspect of our program also stands out.  If you come to Buffalo you will be more than just a colleague, you will become a friend while you learn emergency medicine.  Our superlative Chair, Dr. Richard Braen, sets the tone.  He is the most approachable Chair I have ever met.

About Buffalo:
Having lived in many parts of the Northeastern U.S., I can be confident when I say that the quality of life here in Buffalo is superb.  I enjoy living here more than any of the other places I have lived, including Boston, Baltimore, Cleveland, and southern New Hampshire.
